'Today is the day': Update to Delphi murders of Libby and Abby announced by ISP

Indiana State Police will update the Delphi murder investigation on Monday morning.

These flowers were left at a Monon High Bridge entrance where Abigail Williams, 13, and Liberty German, 14, visited on Feb. 13, 2017, the day they were killed.
